Community Education Referral Processes

If Schuylkill Hall is open when you are referring a student to Community Education, please give the student their referral form and tell them to go directly to Schuylkill Hall. If an Ambassador is available, they can walk the student over. If Zelda is not in when they get there, another staff person will take their referral form and make sure Zelda gets it.

If Schuylkill Hall is closed when you're referring a student, go over the referral information with the student, then send the referral form to Zelda through on-campus mail. You can tell the student you are sending your form to Zelda and they will receive information in the mail about their next steps.
