Nursing Affidavits

We record the receipt of affidavits in Datatel. To see if we have received a student's affidavits, follow these steps:
  1. Pull up the student's record on ASUM
  2. Scroll to the bottom and selet the magnifying glass icon next to Comm Mgmt
  3. Choose CRI-Communication Code Entry
  4. Scroll through the history to find the records you're looking for
