Please note that per Zelda, Bridge Writing can be treated like any other in-progress course. If a student is in Bridge Writing, they can go ahead and register for COM 040/041 for the next semester. If a students doesn't pass Bridge Writing or if they score above COM 040/041 on their final assessment, she will work with Advising & Enrollment Services staff to correct their schedules.
Students in this situation won’t be able to register for COM 040/041 in WebAdvisor. Any advisor in Student Affairs can sign students in Bridge Writing into COM 040/041, but should do this only if they feel comfortable that the student is actively working in Bridge Writing.
