LPN High School Transcript Requirements

Policy states that applicants must have completed a high school diploma, and a high school transcript must have been received, in order to be eligible for consideration for the LPN clinical program.

However, this policy may be waived for students with extenuating circumstances (i.e. a foreign high school or U.S. high school where records are no longer available, or when the authenticity of a diploma cannot be verified) if the student has completed 30 college level credits that include the LPN clinical application pre-requisites.
